I sent a support Ticket aswell but no response... i think i sent it to the wrong department though
anywho.... what is the average wait on these ?? i had a shared hosting account before and it was all done well before 24 hours... i think it was like 2 hours

Wonder if these emails are being consumed by ISP blacklists or something. One would think if they were, the emails would bounce-back to Surpass/Surmunity... provided they ever left the Surpass/Surmunity mail servers...
I never got my initial setup emails. I had to make an account on the helpdesk and submit a ticket to the sales dept to have them send me the information. On my last support issue, I noticed a reply to the ticket via the website but did not get the email associated with the reply until 5 hours later, other replies in that ticket thread actually arrived before that first one. Something funky's goin on... ![]()
