Spam site on my server... need to delete

Hello-
I noticed a while back that when I go under Nameserver IP's in my WHM, there's a site listed that I'm not familiar with. For my IP address 72.29.76.109, is NS1.ANGEL-WEAR-LINGERIE.COM. I decided to finally do a whois.sc check on it just now and it's on the blacklist for spam. So I tried deleting it, but it said I couldn't because the domain is still registered with an ICANN registrar.

Is there any way I can get rid of it, because it's not my site, and it's not something that I want to possibly get me blacklisted, too. I'd also like to get my IP back (I know- I ask for alot)

However any help would be appreciated!

I think I would drop a ticket to the help desk on this one. If not yours and you can't remove it support should be able to.
