Does my server support what i want coz i had it set to 10.00 today and my server load hit 17.9 but forum was free to browse still :S gary Goodger Aug 26th '06 02:41pm How do i get this to display? because today my server got so busy the sql stopped responding, on my dedi server the server load hit 17.9 on the cpu. How do i prevent people from browsing when the cpu load is high? Steve Machol Aug 26th '06 02:44pm If your server supports this, then you can do that here: Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> *NIX Server Load Limit All the best, Steve Machol Customer Support Manager, vBulletin vBulletin Home Page http://www.vbulletin.com/ vBulletin Community Forums http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/ gary Goodger Aug 26th '06 02:47pm how do i find out if my server supports this? if it doesnt is there anything i can do to make it support this? Steve Machol Aug 26th '06 02:54pm You'll need to ask your host. My understanding is that if the server load is showing in the Admin P then this should be supported.
