How do i get this to display? because today my server got so busy the sql stopped responding, on my dedi server the server load hit 17.9 on the cpu.

How do i prevent people from browsing when the cpu load is high?

If your server supports this, then you can do that here:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> *NIX Server Load Limit

You'll need to ask your host. My understanding is that if the server load is showing in the Admin P then this should be supported.
