rvadmin - resource hog
I keep checking my daily cpu usage under server status in WHM and I see these load averages about every other day, and ouch! this load is a little crazy. I dont know if it keeps trying to do an update a couple of times a day or what.
Top Process% CPU 7.0 perl /root/rvadmin/rvmultiupdate.pl Top Process% CPU 6.0 perl /root/rvadmin/rvmultiupdate.pl Top Process% CPU 5.0 perl /root/rvadmin/rvmultiupdate.pl I keep getting license expired with RVSkin Manager every time I try and set it up anyway. anyone know how to disable rvadmin without breaking anything? |

WHM's "Todays CPU Usage -- Top Process% CPU 7.0" is not the same reporting as "Server Load CPU 7.0"
Server Load CPU is based on 1.0 = 100% Top Process% CPU 7.0 ~= Server Load CPU .07% Top Process% CPU is also calculated since midnight, so a Top Process% CPU 7.0 at 6 AM will most likely be less than 1 at 11 PM when all the data of the day is available for calculation. You can also back up a day for a more valid report of your "Todays CPU Usage" top processes averages.
