server down... no reboot

Hi!

Sorry for posting here.. but our server is down for almost 2 hours now.
72.29.92.102
I've issued a reboot request more then an hour ago and openned a ticket.

Still in the black...
how long does it usually take to reboot? Aren't reboots automated?

thats a good question..

I would like an answer to that as there is a phone number for dedicated server people...

Hi,

By visiting his IP in a browser 72.29.92.102 you can see that the server is up. I will check out the ticket.

Just to confirm, there is only one ticket in our helpdesk from you.

It was opened at 6:34 AM. We replied (and rebooted the server) at 7:10 AM.

We do not see any other ticket from you..

Please let me know how you sent the first ticket exactly, I don't see it.

My server took a dive the other night and it was about 1 hour from the time i opened the ticket until the reboot was complete..
