![]() Greetings All, First off, I want to thank all of those have been loyal to SurpassHosting and have endeavored with us as we progress with the VPS technology. I know there has been alot of ups and downs, maybe some more severe than others, however we are always constantly trying to improve our service and reputation as a VPS provider. I may have spoken to several of you via tickets regarding many various issues with VPS. I would like to introduce myself for those who do not know me, my name is Jesse and I am currently the Virtual Hosting administrator for SurpassHosting. I have now been with SurpassHosting for over a year and have several years of experience (may not be long, but I am young, what can ya do ).Anyways, I am posting this thread as an open call to all who have utilized and experienced VPS hosting with SurpassHosting, or even other companies. I am conducting a quality control project. So the more responses the better. What I am looking for from you: I am looking to not troubleshoot issues, but to review them and collect information. This includes issues with memory, cpu, downtime, and various other issues. Any error messages and detailed descriptions of how you received these messages and any other related information. Also, any comments regarding anything are also welcomed. I would also like to hear about some other companies and their products. This can include features and software you would like to see us offer. What I am not looking for: Issues that were due to human related errors such as typos and various mistakes. Please do not send in complaints, you can submit any issues you are currently having for a fast resolve to http://desk.surpasshosting.com. How this will work: Please send an email with all information: IP address, domain(s) (if related), and the issue/comment/report. You can submit this information by sending to vpsquality@surpasshosting.com which will pipe into our helpdesk as a ticket. I will do my best to take into consideration all ideas proposed, comments, and issues. I will then collect all information and communicate (if necessary) with you to better SurpassHosting's VPS services. Also, posts to this thread may or may not be included in this quality control project, please email vpsquality@surpasshosting.com to ensure your voice is heard! ***NOTICE*** Please understand that this is not means for a quick technical resolve, although I will try to resolve any issues that you may be having. I am not sure how many will respond, so please do not expect a quick reply. I will try to do my best to communicate and elaborate on the issues on a 1-on-1 basis, however some reports may not be replied to and/or stored for review. ************ I appreciate all those who decide to participate as this will be a project to better everyone's service as a whole and I appologize for the long read.
