Unhappy Huge issues

My server has been down for over a week, causing me to lose alot of visitors and money.

I emailed , sent tickets, etc. been told it's fixed, never was, then was told i needed more gb, said id pay for it lets get it going, no response.

I dunno what to do really, i'm getting tons of error emails from the server and if you go to my site, it's one big mess.

I feel sort of ripped off here, I lost a weeks worth of money and today they take out the server money from my bank account, wich I feel i don't even owe due to the fact I lost way more money than what I pay.

If anyone can help i'd apriciate it, the emails i've been getting say:

[statscheck] Stats/Server Overload on server

[ipcheck] Problems with dns setup on server

httpd on server failed

Right now on my site it shows a bunch of errors saying:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in

Nothing loads...

we really can't begin to help you without knowing your website URL and what led up to this... This is a user based forum btw.

Happy New Year, Andria.

Is your server running whm/cpanel? Can you check your site's Cpanel? Of course as brandon said, this is a user-to-user forum. Yes, Surpass folk visit, but not all day every day.

So, as users, we can try to help - but we may not be able to do anything.

Post your ticket number in this message too, and your site URL.

Your problem seems a lot with some that have been going on lately with some servers. Check these threads out:

pass66 Problems AGAIN
Problems with Pass57

It sounds a lot like the problem we had with Pass57 few days ago. Check your domain's DNS at www.dnsreport.com and if it shows red flags, tell support about it. It could be the source of your problems and it would help them to identify and fix the issue.

Good luck and happy new year!

Well, technically your site is NOT down. The HTML is resolving quite well. Seems that you might need to modify the allowed connections in your server configuration for MYSQL, and / or double check what your code is doing in db.php

It was for a week, then it came up like that. Before it went down, everything was fine. I checked both files, they are exactly the way they were before the site went down.

And ty monay

have a good look at your cpanel / database. If you cant' get to cpanel, look at you server configuration. Could it be possible that someone has exploited your site? "too many connections" should not happen with 5 users (the number I saw when I looked at it) - unless someone has done a MYSQL injection to run some other script on your server.
