You may want to check and see if you have full or incremental backups set up. That was killing my VPS until Surpass found it. Once it was set to incremental, most of my problems were resolved.

I'm figuring the remaining problems I have now are related to the 1D10T error (me!)

Happy VPS'ing!

yea, I checked that and made sure it was incremental.

i think it was just a freak thing. First time i see it happen, and was about for 5 minutes. then all of a sudden, went back to normal. I didnt make changes to the server since I first got it (got php 5 installed, and uninstalled all other php versions). I don't have any wild code up and running yet.

VPS just dose that some times. Some times it is cPanel other times there is no visible reason for it to be doing that at all. And it is normal to go for 2 to 6 minutes. Not enough time for support to see it and attempt to do anything about it much less tell you what is going on.

When I made such reports to Support from July - September (06) all they would say is "nothing was wrong"
