I did register and submitted the ticket through helpdesk.
I submitted a new one refrencing the first one to see if they some how get it. I've checked my spam folder already. Nothing there ![]() Oh well, that's what I get for singing up an account close to christmas and new years. I bet that when they were setting up my billing, they typed in 2006 instead of 2007. How many of us havn't done that? |

You should not submit multiple tickets on the same issue, it can only confuse and delay things. If you can see the ticket in the help desk, and you got a confirmation email, then sup[port has your ticket, and will get to it in the order that it was received.
And since you're new to Surpass, welcome!
