Slow/Dead Connections?
Just wondering if anyone else was experiencing high lag in network connections? The server *seems* to be fine, hard time accessing stats and what not but resource reports i have seen/managed to access indicate no issues.
however when i ping/tracert i either get really high times or a complete time out. submitted a support ticket, but its been hours with only a "we need to have our system administrators investigate further" now im usually a little more patient, but i have 2 servers that are essentially offline... and from what my customers have been telling me, its been a good 12-18 hours:/ It cant be just me? 2 servers that are probably in 2 locations in the datacenter are offline? figured it might be DNS related, but everything checks out up until the actual name servers, which cannot be reached... however the same results if i ping the actual IP address (thus no need for DNS) anyways, ya doesnt seem to be a resource issue, or dns issue AZJ-718797 if anyone around wants to look into it:/ |

NS report fails. Not able to get name server information. Maybe that should be brought to supports attention if they don't find a problem soon.

I can acess your site now, but DNS report shows three red flags for it, same as in this post here: http://www.surmunity.com/showthread....650#post230650
I mentioned this issue several times on the board, as it seems to be happening with several servers. 4 out of my 5 main domains had this and after is was fixed, no more down times. DewKnight said this: Quote:

seems like there may have been a DoS attack. Looking at DECC graphs i was hitting 10mbps in and 8mbps out for a solid day. still, a bit disappointed that it took 19 hours to get a solution from support
