VPS down for more then 11 hours

Hi,

I've just upgraded to a VPS and it's already down.

Maybe they sent me an email telling me what happened but I made the mistake to set at contact information an email from one on my accounts from the VPS. Now I can't access it.
The sever is down from more then 11 hours, I've submitted a ticket but their only response was:
“We are aware of the issues on this node and it will be corrected shortly.”
I think VPS was a very bad idea.

I was looking on the forum for some kind of announcement but I find none. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places. Can you help me find on which server is my VPS? My IPs are 66.7.199.112 and 66.7.199.113.

Seems the server is not accepting requests. Hopefully support comes in soon for you!

There are almost 24 hours now and the server is still down.

Seams that I'm on a dimenoc server although I've signed with surpass.

I have one answer from suport:

The VPS it's still off-line.
What should I understand from it? If I had read that this had happened to somebody else I almost don't believe it. I'd start laughing if I would forget about all my phone calls that I had to answer today to explain why the web pages can't be accessed or the emails read.

FYI ... Surpass is part of the Dimenoc network.

My server is running.

Seams that the problem was one of my accounts.

I'm waiting news on which one and I'll have his head.

Anyway this downtime was useful because made me read a lot of things about VPS on this forum. I'll monitor my accounts more closely.

Wow. It worked 10 days without problems.

Now I have problems again.

Seams that VPS is something that has to be avoided (at least for now).
Last time the VPS was down it wasn't any of my accounts fault after all. It was something surpass (dimenoc) configured on it.
I wander what explanation will they give me now and how long it will take to work again.

Yea I would never recommend VPS for a business site or such. But it is OK for just hobby type stuff.

I had thought about going Dedi this Summer but my forums have slowed down so that is likely off the table.

But won't go back to the shared environment either. Seems I always had neighbors over using the server I was on.
