Toggle your passive transfer setting in your FTP client, which usually corrects dropped/timeout uploads.

Toggle = change to opposite.

I'm thinking that the HTTP service is taking all the bandwidth of the port which is causing the problem

so is there any script that can let me control the bandwidth on the eth0 port ?

how about disabling hot linking? Check your apache error log too possibly could be a ton of failed requests.
if you are getting serious traffic you may want to think about some type of load balancing scheme maybe putting all of your image traffic on one server

Not sure what exactly you are trying to accomplish..
Feel free to contact our support staff if you are having issues with ftp uploads or anything at all, we'll look into it in depth for you.
