how do I get to this file?

Hi!

I know that my php ini file is located here: /usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ini

But, how do I get to it? I ftp'd into my site but didn't see it.

Sorry for the dumb question but this is my first dedi.

Thanks.

You'll have to SSH into your server as Root.

Your best bet, since the dedicated servers here are managed, is to submit a ticket to Support, and let them know what you need done.

I would like a definition on managed, cause im not sure it quite means that. I administrate my servers pretty much exclusivly, and probably #&#! a thing or two up, but aside from fixing a problem to two ive encountered, they seem to want to redirect me to the billing department anytime i want assistance beyond the basic "management", my best example was with assistance installing postgresql. Since then, if i cant do it myself, I say screw it, lol.

so, i dont think "managed" quite means, if you want it done, theyll do it, it means if you want it done, theyll do it for a price:P lol just something i thought should be pointed out before he might get billed... not to say they bill you for everything, but if its not on their list of "managed services", whatever that might be, expect to be billed?

Geoff is just mad because the other day you asked him nicely (atleast that's how I interpreted it) to define "system": http://www.surmunity.com/showpost.ph...1&postcount=19

It's okay Geoff, you don't have to publicly admit it.
