there has to be someone we can complain to about the standard of support we've had..today they've totally killed our website and we'll had no replies to our last email. Perhaps we're being ignored now ??? After years of being with Surpass, and prasing them for everything they do, this is extremely dissappointing.

The only related department they have this would fall under is to file a ticket at the help desk with Abuse and Security. That and the forum are the only known options I am aware of.
