SERVER DOWN PLEASE HELP

my dedi box is not responding / whm or any of my sites. Someone tell me what to do please.

The site in your signature is showing for me.

If that's not the problem, I thought dedicated customers had a phone number they can use at times like this. If you don't have it, all I know to do is submit a ticket at the help desk.

yeah my sites came back online (thank God) - but WHM is still not responding. I hope they just rebooted the server, and that it wasnt that wordpress exploit. Rick, thanks for the response. Its good to know that someone heard me in my sad, dark, time of need.

use the DECC to submit a reboot/support request in the future... they seem to be quite quick whenever i use it lol (not often)

It messages all of the staff in the NOC once a request is submitted through there. Then they all go

and run out to fix the server.

smurfkillin: I checked the box your site is on and uptime shows it did not crash:

elvis [~]# uptime
08:22:27 up 128 days

It must have been a load issue. If you notice it again, submit a support ticket right away and have them check it out and monitor it

heh, images in my head of surpass staff frantically running to the server rooms all at once to see who can reboot it faster

we beat people down on the way there. The only reason servers crash is because someone got thrown into a cabinet while vying for a reboot, and knocked it over. Too much
