Hey E,
Prompt # 4 has never worked for me. Once you press 4 the phone call is immediately dropped. I first explained this to a rep back in Feb when my Dedi failed and I called for an update. As of last week (Wednesday) when I called for an update on a submitted ticket it stilldidn't work. |

I usually call from my cell phone. I won't be able to help test this until after 1630 today, if still needed. If I recall, I usually press prompt six or eight from my cell phone to get transferred to sales or a billing rep. They usually transfer me or give me status.

That's odd.. I hear allll the time that people have trouble calling the Billing extension.. but never Tech Support.
