You can always call 407.756.1126 ext 4 and reference you have a ticket in "surpass" desk with the ticket #

Hey E,

Prompt # 4 has never worked for me. Once you press 4 the phone call is immediately dropped. I first explained this to a rep back in Feb when my Dedi failed and I called for an update. As of last week (Wednesday) when I called for an update on a submitted ticket it stilldidn't work.

That is weird, I just tested it and works. We been getting thousands of calls since June 1 2007 so I wonder why you see this issue

Can you try from land line or cell?

I usually call from my cell phone. I won't be able to help test this until after 1630 today, if still needed. If I recall, I usually press prompt six or eight from my cell phone to get transferred to sales or a billing rep. They usually transfer me or give me status.

I just tried calling from my work phone and prompt four successfully connected to the technical support adviser queue.

Maybe it's just my cell phone.

That's odd.. I hear allll the time that people have trouble calling the Billing extension.. but never Tech Support.
