Is anyone at Surpass working on our server?

Been down for days now.Last update was someone from level 3 was going to look at it. Take a peek at www.millbrookareachamber.com to see why I'm a lttle ticked off right now. No commnications from Surpass period. Hopefully someone working there is watching the forum...

Hey Eman, left you a phone mail on the hotline two days ago and you never responded (neither did anyone else!).

email me at novrod_at_gmail_dot_com if you'd lke to discuss (since my DEDICATED server has been pretty much useless for the past several days I can't use my regular email). All I've wanted was an explanation as to why the server is broke and if anyone is working on it. We've exchanged emails in the past and you know I've always supported Surpass and will work with your staff on anything that's needed to resolve any problem, but it looks as though my problem is totally falling on deaf ears. We really struggled with going to a dedicated and thought our customers deserved it so our company went into this at a financial loss because we could make a case for many other local businesses to sign up. We have a lot hanging on this and it may just kill our company mainly due to lack of communication from surpass support. Barb, the owner, is so pi**ed off with Surpass now that Dave and I will need to do some major convincing to keep her on board.

I am posting here because I have no other way to contact Surpass as we've tried the ticket path but no response.

Any ideas?

i must say, starting with mr fern a few weeks ago, there has been a steady increase in complaints from dedicated customers. Theres currently like 3 or maybe 4 clients in the last day or two with issues. a step up from a few a month.

I just tried getting to any of the sites on my server. Nothng...Dave had called me late last night saying it was up, but it's still down.

I'm weary of this...It's still broke...I can't even resolve the ip

I read the ticket, it appears you have been helped along this whole time, at times when you reply to the ticket it puts it to the bottom of the queue as it sees it as a new reply.

Although it was not been down this whole time, there appears to be some issues on the driver
which I will monitor personally.
