Please let me know your reason for spamming each forum before I ban you from this community.

Mike I'm sorry I did that.. I did that before I saw your reply..
Please understand my frustration.. I didn't at all know what was going on... few months ago I've gone through real hijack of my account and all my data was permanently erased (you had no backups).. I spend few weeks to bring all back.. ..and now first I lost all ability to connect to my server (which I thought might be cause of my stupid error.. but I couldn't be sure (I described in first ticket what error of mine could lead to that)) and then after few hours my sites just turned off.. then I went anxious that it's another hijack... and support was still sleeping! I felt totally helpless.. I put another ticket that I'm afraid that my account could have been hijacked (very important message that should be dealed quickly).. and it was just ignored again :/ Please remove all my spam posts (I wanted to do it by myself but I'm unable to). Again I'm very sorry for that - as I said I just didn't know how to get your attention - it was act of my frustration with support that's all :/ In terms of support I'd love to get phone line support.. but how much extra it would cost and will it be real 24h support? - not what I've experienced in last hours.. as really, really it shouldn't happen on your side.. normally this problem should be resolved within 1-2 hours of my first post. |

I merged all your threads together and put them aside. Really uncalled for, especially in a user-to-user support forum
What I've seen happen, and what probably happened to you, is during that time that nobody responded to you, they had actually sent the ticket to the next department, and that next department was gathering information, trying to see exactly what was happening. Sometimes it seems they'll forget to tell you they're looking into the issue. Phone support has been discussed, and yes, it would cost extra, being as the whole business is based around a ticket system. You can search the forums for the countless conversations we've had on phone and chat support.

I doubt that they were looking into my issue all that time..
as there's not much really to look into.. just 1 hour ago I got information that they're in there and that they see that indeed there's something missing. I hope they already get my message that most probably all the trouble was cause my command 'gzip -1 -r etc' while being in root (I wanted to test does gzip work against folder and I wasn't aware that gzip replaces files (removes originals) :/).. hopefully just bringing back original files will fix issue... Maybe your doing something wrong if you are constantly being hacked/hijacked and are removing files and running scripts without knowing what they are? VPS is a great environment for testing, but please be a little respectful when obtaining support, we are people too. Ask for a Manager if your ticket isn't being handled properly or as quick as you need. Thanks
