We finally got the server to settle down (and me too!). Surpass came through as they always have for us but I was wondering if we were ever going to get it going last Friday.

We solved an additional email problem we discovered and are now testing all the server functions. We've got live customers on the server and are going to migrate another bunch of them this weekend.

The boss was extremely pleased when she got a phone call from Surpass. That made her feel that we were all working toward getting this resolved together. I think now we can start moving ahead with the plan of filling this baby up and getting some more servers! We've got a lot of potential but I am cautious on getting more customers until our support processes are more mature. Our small business can't sustain an extended outage without a recovery plan. Too many other businesses are counting on us. So that's what I will be looking at in the near future. To Surpass: I'll open a ticket with you guys to see if it would be okay to come in for a visit. My plan is to come into Orlando the first part of July but that isn't solid yet. I really need to visit the surpass hosting facilities to get a better feel for the support process.
