Switch domain as main account

Just curious what it takes to switch domain as main account on dedi.

Changing wmcintosh.com to wimc.us, sometime in the future, possibly not at all this year, next year wmcintosh.com expires and I am going to let it die.

think you can do it from the root whm, though I don't remember for sure. I thought it was the first option on the left

Yeah, you can do it from root WHM, but the cPanel license is going to give errors afterward. You just need to run this via SSH to fix the problem after changing hostnames:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

On a scale 1 to 10 (1 being hard, 10 being real easy) how would it be for someone thats knows very little, but who is learning this dedi slowly or would support be a better choice them me.

Going to do this, just not sure when, went ahead and added 3 more years to wimc.us extending it to 2012, so 6 other domains I own will die between 2008 and 2010.

What I really hoping if everthing goes smoothly and as planned use wimc.us as main, yet still use wmcintosh.com for a while longer till a page, images, forum I host for other sites/person get moved, then slowly phase out wmcintosh.com

Nevermind, can not do anything with registrar till hosted items are moved elsewhere or removed off server.

Can wait... gonna be quite awhile, no rush.
