Hello, I'm having a similar problem using putty. When I login to another non-surpass site, port 22 works fine, but if I use my dedicated surpass ip address, I get the message
"Putty Fatal Error. Network error. Connection Refused." Could it be something wrong on my end even though the same port works with a different ip address? |

Might try port 1291, that's what I connect on my shared server anyway.

As Mark stated, all our shared/reseller servers SSH ports are defaulted to 1291. 22 would be the norm for our VPS/Dedicated servers unless our clients change them.
