I think it was around 50 minutes total, whereas it's usually 5-10 minutes. No complaints though, it was still done in a timely manner

that would allow dedicated server user's to reboot their systems? This is more a curiosity thing on my part. I've never personally used anything like this.

Dan, I didn't bother with a support ticket but instead went ahead and submitted a reboot request.

A reboot request probably won't help find out why the server is going down. I would suggest submitting a ticket with information about when it's been going don, and see if they can find out why.
