Server Not Responding
Hi,
I'm currently not at home so can not submit a support ticket, but my server (hostedfx.com) is not responding. Any help?

Server is down again - have submitted a reboot request a good half hour ago.

I think there was a little backup in reboot requests at that time after looking at the logs..
How long did it end up taking to get rebooted?
