Server Down for 2 hours now! - Ticket MYZ-600744
I submitted a ticket for a reboot request at 3:47PM, its now 5:38PM and my server is still not responding!!

The ticket was delayed so long because it appears that the IP address you provided was incorrect. That's also why the ticket was moved to sales...
