i know this is pretty much user-to-user forum but i'm hoping someone who is in the position to do something about my problem will have mercy on me and intervene.

5 hours of downtime on my vps... cpanel is out.. email has been out most of the day, system usage is maxxed, ftp down off and on... my best clients are calling to complain.

i've had 3 days of the vps just shutting down in the morning for no reason. i'm absolutely desperate here and have a ticket in and have been reporting status all day long here.

I got one answer from a tech saying that everything 'should' be okay now but nothing has changed...

Our sysadmins are working on this for you. I see quite a few internal notes and one tech actively viewing the ticket right now, so you should have a response soon. I've asked them to keep you updated with their progress, too ...

Yup... and they resolved my issues it appears.

I'm very thankful to have found surpass... been a client for years now and have had VERY FEW issues.
