After your restart - all domains are not visible - is it just me?

After your restart... bind is down and won't wake up:
When I try to restart named I have following error:
view.c:347: REQUIRE((&view->references)->refs > 0) failed

Are you trying to fix it? It's already half an hour..
Do anyone esle have same problem?

Surely I posted a ticket.. but tickets just don't work in surpass.. is there any support there today?
