Nameservers and custom nameservers just not working

Hey there,

I received in my welcome email the IPs to point my custom nameservers; ns1.mysite.com and ns2.mysite.com too. I've done this via Namecheap.

I then forwarded my domain to mysite.com too but my domain is not loading at all, it's just not showing anything. Is there anything else i have to do from here to make this work?

Thanks

Can you post your url here to see if it works for us? With nameservers changes, you sometimes ave to wait a couple of days for it to change throughout the world. But it may have not been set up correctly, and you'd be waiting for nothing. Either way, we can check it out from here and help you out.

Hey Dew

It seems to be a problem with the setup, but the long waits for staff to reply to my tickets are quite annoying I wanted this resolved earlier today, the opportunity of getting a big client has passed, but nevermind

Hopefully this will be resolved asap.

No response yet from support, its been 3 hours since the last update when the last person responded said it wouldnt be long for another update, I sure hope support isn't like this all the time with Surpass.

Please don't bump your tickets to try to get a faster response -- doing so only moves them back to the bottom of the queue. This is what's been happening with your current ticket.

Someone's going to take care of this for you shortly, just be patient while they look into it...
