Webmin will do the job if you're just hosting a site or two. Problem with Webmin is that it takes much longer to fix problems than with cPanel, as this is considered a custom setup on our end.
cPanel is the best bet in this case if you can afford the 30 bucks per month.

cPanel is best, but to save some money there are alternatives.
cPanel is preferred if you're not a Linux guru, this has saved me in the past. |
