FrontPage Server Log
I have a client who is experiencing FrontPage errors when people are submitting the forms.
FrontPage Error. User: please report details to this site's webmaster. Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more details. Anyone have any clue where this server's system log lives for FrontPage?

I have never used FrontPage Extensions, but a quick Google search leads me to believe you should be able to check the error logs in cPanel and see what this is about.
