Unhappy Here I go again... :-(

First of all I want to say I am sorry if Im complaini...I hate doing it...2 weeks ago I pm kayla, and contact support about changin my email...what I happened was...I was doing some school work at the library thenI decide to check my email..then I forgot to logoff...someone went and change my email password...I contact to support the same day...I even I asked to change my server password etc...on 10/29/2007 I want it to pay my host rent for Nov cuz the next day I had to go toDominican republic..they had aflood over there, we had to go see grandma...[#VBF-157804]-Dan A. was really helpful...but still couldn't make apayment...now I know surpass have to maintain security protocols...But don't shut my site down when I been trying to make apayments for days..that's obsurb

Your server is back online, unfortunately by just emailing from the new email to change the old email is not the way to get this changed. Imagine anyone sends a ticket and says please change my email to this and that? I believe these were explained in the ticket see below.

We can reset your DECC password and provide you with your login details, however, the request MUST come from the email address listed on your DECC account which is (****yahoo.com). If you no longer have access to that email address, we would ask that you fax us at [(407)386-6513] with a written request to update the email address on file along with a copy of two forms of id matching the name on the account which is (****). This is a measure that we must take in order to maintain our security protocols. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
