Ticket forwarded to sales??

Ticket: ERJ-910297

Could someone look at this ticket and explain why it was forwarded to sales?

Currently none of my domains on my server are responding. Everything appears to be up. The server responds on the IP with the generic cpanel page: http://66.7.212.33/

A traceroute from an online service shows:

A traceroute from my computer here shows:

C:\Documents and Settings\CazBandit>tracert stunmasterstunguns.com
Unable to resolve target system name stunmasterstunguns.com.

I have seen this before. Everything did come back after a while but I need to know if this is a problem with the server. I don't know if it just me or something else.

Domains to try:

http://www.hpffs.com
http://www.martintrucking.com

SSH is on port ******

Please call if you need to: ******
Thanks,
Chad

And now all seem to be responding just fine. Do you have any suggestions as to what may be causing this?

Thanks,
Chad

Hello,

In order to better fulfill your request I am going to forward this ticket to the Sales department for further review.

Thank you for your patience.

Can't give you a 100% but it looks like the server might have been suspended due to non-payment or just showed suspended in DECC. The techs probably reactivated it after seeing that you were paid up and moved it to sales/billing afterwards so they could explain the billing mishap.

Like I said I really have no idea but this is a shot in the dark.

CazBandit, all looks fine on the server now and the domains are resolving without any issues. It does seem strange how ever that there was the intermittent outage. we will monitor your ticket/server and update you on the status asap.

Thanks for your patience.

I don't think it was this. The server was responding on the IP and I still had ssh access and email was still working as I use the IP for my server settings. It looks to be like a DNS issue.

Yea. I think it was about 15 minutes after I posted the ticket that it was back up. It's weird and has happened before for about the same amount of time. Just trying to figure out if it is something here at home or with the server.

Thanks,
Chad
