Site down, then up, then down, then up, for weeks and no help

Hi

My site has been going up and down for hours this past few weeks and i've had no help.

I'm using hyperspin to track it and it emails me when the site is down, I then try and access the site and nothing, its down, and all my customers sites. I'm getting hundreds of emails off my clients asking what the hell is up.

I replied to ticket: RUM-620238

I know its Sunday, but the last reply from Dennis he mentioned my site was up, but it's extremely slow at loading, and I need my site back online. It's been doing this everyday for more than a week now.

Just curious what server are you on? What is your website?

Edit: looking at your profile, http://www.earnershost.com does not come up for me.. just sits there "loading". Hopefully they can get it back up soon.

According to the post from Paul, we are wanting to change out the RAM on your server and just need a good time for us to do so as the server will have to come off line for 15 - 25 min.

update the ticket and it will update in the queue and we can move towards a resolve for you. We apologize about any inconveniences suffered.
