Server Problem

I actually have 2 servers, but this concerns 2 tickets in particular: OAG-377549 and ZEP-263913

1: server.pixelled-hosting.com has been up and down since November 11, 2007. Downtime total during November was almost 20 hours. Downtime during December was about 3 times that of November. Surpass has tweaked the server, replace the memory, even replaced the firewall which I was told was corrupted.

Stats:

Before that, it was 100%. No changes to the server besides cpanel upgrades, but nothing else.

2: Ties in with both server.pixelled-hosting.com and transferring one of the user accounts on that very server to server.fan-dom.org . There was apparently a checksum error

I am desperate for uptime. Does Surpass have a guarantee on uptime???

I have lost 5 webhost client accounts and considering I mereing have 56 accounts on the one server, that is not a lot.

I generally have had a wonderful opinion of Surpass, but I am not sure lately. It seems like a cat and mouse thing, but everything seems to be getting worse and it does not seem to make any sense.

Perhaps Surpass is still researching the problem, but this has gone on over a month. What is a better solution? A different server while the other is being looked into? Anything?

Please do not let me lose faith in Surpass.
