Server down! Again 2nd time in a day

Hi

This is the second time my server has been down today, my ticket ID is PLR-709722

I need this backup asap

Rob, do you have a DECC account that you can use to submit reboot requests? I only see that you have opened a ticket, which I am checking out.

If your server is going down, it means that a client on the server is abusing it and we have to work together to find out who/why.

I just went to submit a reboot, but the server was already responding.

It looks like the server did not crash, just that sites were not loading. I will reply to your ticket.

EHRob,

It appears the server does need a RAM upgrade due to some accounts overloading it. Please reply to us in the tickets. Thank you.
