Question about quotas

How much space does the basic server configuration should take?

For some odd reason my server has 64% of the space used (9.55gb). And I haven't uploaded anything but a less than a mb script.

There isn't a set amount, but most sites use about 1-2MB in configs alone. What's your domain name that's reporting such high disk usage?
