Server Down for Over 1 day, 20h

Ticket #YSP-320983

The last response I had on this ticket was about 24 hours ago when I was told it was being forwarded to Level 3 Technical Support. Please look into this.

I received the following email just a short while ago but none of the sites on the server are up.

"We did not receive any reboot request for this server; the last reboot that was sent was two days ago for a file system check. We have brought your server back online. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused to you."

I am able to ping the server and WHM works but when I try to access any of the sites I get a 404 error and when I try to access email I receive this error:

Internal Server Error
Unable to open engine binary (php) at cpsrvd.pl line 4985
main::phpHandler() called at cpsrvd.pl line 3759
main::dodoc_webmaild() called at cpsrvd.pl line 695
main::dodoc() called at cpsrvd.pl line 597

The sites are back up now but I am still getting the same 500 Error as above when trying to access email.
