desk.surpasshosting.com hacked?

Help desk seems to have been hacked, is this possible. See attached screenshot of what comes up after I login

There was a security hole on our helpdesk server that allowed someone to upload a PHP shell. This has been resolved, and we have ensured that no customer data or helpdesk information was accessed or compromised in any way.

Everything should be back to normal now. Sorry for the inconvenience!

But, but.... In #surpass you said "everything is on fire and everyone is dying". And I know you wouldn't lie in #surpass. That has consequences.
