Exclamation can't logon after signup and account creation

I just ordered a VPS account the day and got my logon info this morning for my newly created VPS account. However, I can't login with the root username and password I was given in the welcome e-mail. So I sent an e-mail reply saying I was unable to login, but I got a bounceback from help.desksurpasshosting.com that said:

So I sent the reply from a different e-mail account on the Micrsoft live system, and did not get a bounce back. So I assume it went through. Its been hours and I have not gotten a reply. I am about to open a new support ticket on the surpass support website, but wanted to know if anyone else had experienced this issue?

There was some weird things going on earlier with the desk emails but all should be resolved now. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I see also your issues are being addressed in the desk.

Confirmed, things are ok now. Support sent me a reply saying that they were able to logon, but did not say if they did anything. When I tried to logon after that I was able to logon no problem, so they must have fixed something, but they didn't say what was wrong.

Perhaps they reset the pass to copy accounts temp, I apologize for the confusions on our end.
