I just ordered a VPS account the day and got my logon info this morning for my newly created VPS account. However, I can't login with the root username and password I was given in the welcome e-mail. So I sent an e-mail reply saying I was unable to login, but I got a bounceback from help.desk

Joe,
There was some weird things going on earlier with the desk emails but all should be resolved now. I apologize for the inconvenience. I see also your issues are being addressed in the desk. |

Confirmed, things are ok now. Support sent me a reply saying that they were able to logon, but did not say if they did anything. When I tried to logon after that I was able to logon no problem, so they must have fixed something, but they didn't say what was wrong.
