Copy the nameservers given to you in the Welcome email, once in Godaddy (assuming) go to edit/change custom nameservers, replace the default ones there with the ones you copied (paste) and then save. Sometimes if can take up to 2 - 24 hours for them to point to Surpass. I'm assuming this is what you did? But it should be the correct way.

Alright looking over the Godaddy website, here is another step-by-step (if you did exactly this, then I would suggest contacting the support team at Godaddy for them to assist you better) Login to your GoDaddy account, click on Domain Names at the top menu, when the menu appears click on Manage Domains. On that page you will see your domain(s) click the little checkbox next to the domain you want to edit. You will notice that the menu above the names will then become active, click on the Nameservers icon. There you will see three tabs, click on the one that says Default Nameservers first, here you will then click the Custom Nameservers radio button. Once you have done that, then click on the Custom Nameservers tab and place the nameservers we provided in the 1 & 2 box. Then click OK. Again, if it does not work or if you have done EXACTLY that, please contact the support team at Godaddy, so they can better help you with this situation, as it sounds like a problem THEY can solve. ![]() |
