Dedicated Support Understaffed?

It seems like the dedicated support team may be slightly understaffed. My ticket: FOQ-618654 has been very slow with progress. Please update me.

Out of curiosity, you do know that being a dedicated customer you are eligible for phone support, right?

No, I actually wasn't aware of that. I thought the phone number was only for reboot requests?

It isn't support your waiting for it is approval for pricing which isn't normal. That is a management approval process not support
