Few questions on dedi server...

I'm starting a small webhosting company and I'm going to be buying a dedi server. I have one picked out, but I'm not sure if it's any good for the price. I'll just reference the name of it instead of copying/pasting it here. It's the SP3 Dedi Server.

Also, does that WHM:CS offer stand with dedi servers or no? And is WHM:CS a billing AND support system or no?

Also, what other expenses will I need for a small startup web hosting company? It's mainly local.

Also, on another note. This is mainly towards someone in a President/V. President of Surpass. Am I allowed to post a picture of the datacenter on my web hosting company's site to inform clients of the state of the art DC the servers are in and to ensure them that their data is safe?

The SP3 is a nice starter server. You might want to look into the Pentium 4 Sale Server we have posted in the Announcements forum -- that one is a better value than the SP3 and we still have some in stock.

Depends on how serious you are about it. You might have to get a DBA from your county if you want to officially do business under your hosting company's name...

Ohhh, that sale server is much better. How long does it take for them to get gone usually? I'm thinking of buying it in a few days. Is that price forever or will it go back up later?

Usually they are set up within 48 hours of the order. That price is for the life of the account -- we won't change the price unless you choose to add/remove hardware to the server later on.
