How to transfer account from Reseller to VPS fastest ?

Hi all

First, sorry for my english

I have a Reseller and VPS at surpasshosting, all work good

in RS, i have 3 domains ( 3 accounts ), and now, i want move all to VPS, please tell me how to move ?

I don't want transfer all file from RS to my PC and after that, upload to VPS, create account, config web, setup email...... (

)

Please help me
