I have to figure out how to fix my speed issue problem in Orlando. I have super speeds 24,000k/b to 33,000k/b on speedtest.net


and I even have good speeds to their Orlando Speedtest



I can ping my server at The Huntin Shack Store at an even much lower ping than the Orlando speedtest. 24 to 27 all day long.

Its showing 33% packet loss at hop#10 ae-1-8.bar1.Orlando1.Level3.net

My max download speeds are 233K/B's on any file I download from my server. I can hop around the US and get downloads in the 1 to 1.5M/B's range but get back to my server and its the old 233K/B's again.

I have run line quality tests which all pass and Tweak tested at DSLReports and everything is in range and working fine.

Where should I start to get the slow speeds on my server figured out? Im pretty sure that 10th hop is killing me in packet loss. My server is 100mbps pipe so I should no doubt be able to get 1M/B's or so speeds and not 233K/B's

Any advice on where to start would be very appreciable

I still show 30-40% packet loss on that 10th hop. Im gonna see what comcast says about it and what they can do from my end.
