Figured as much, looked like the issue is popping up at DimeNoc.

I've noticed this happening alot lately, is this something that can be expected more often? I get timeouts as often as once a day it seems.

Does anyone know a decent, independent way to monitor uptime on your server. This is becoming more common than it should and that is only when I notice it, I can imagine what is really going on.

I've been a customer with Surpass hosting for quite a few years now. Recommended several friends to them as well. But i think it might be time to start shopping around.

Whats your OS? Do you have any linux experience? I have quite a few solutions that are free :P And I agree, I've had accounts for awhile with surpass, but this up and down is getting ridiculous..
