Dedicated Hosting Down / Surpasshosting.com Down?

My box's IP is 72.29.84.179 and it is not responding to SSH, ping, etc.

Also, when this happens I tend to check Surpasshosting.com, this is also down.

I have 2 other shared hosting accounts and they are down as well. What gives?

I had the same problem with my dedicated IP 72.29.80.39 but literally right now it seems to be back up. Had the same problem with surpasshosting.com as you did.

Mine is still down, and the surpasshosting site times out for me still.

Seems to be a trend as of late, I've noticed this quite a few times in the past week, but the outages havent been quite as long.

it also seems to not be universal. like if i do a ping locally i get a time out but if i go to network-tools.com and try it, it returns...

cavern, what's your location/isp?
