Upgrading
I am currently on a dedicated server with surpass for my youtube clone site. It is the base server they have, I pay $85 a month. I paid $150 to upgrade my ram and $65 to installed the required software like ffmpeg etc.
I want to upgrade my dedicated server from a celeron to Core 2 Duo E6300 1.8 GHz. With everything else base (1gb, 1500gb bandwidth etc). I was wondering would they transfer the RAM upgrade I paid for my current server to the new one and will they installed the software aswell for free? Or do I have to pay all again? That would seem slack. Also how long would it take and would my site be down during the transfer/upgrade? Thanks, Artin |

It shouldn't be a problem. Feel free to post back here if it doesn't work out.
