I think I found the issue. Going to check with an abuse admin real quick and then will update your ticket if that is the issue

dan i see why that site was an issue. i have temporarily suspended it until i can contact the owner and come to a solution. Also i see why i was a bit misguided to which site it was as i took over a reseller account for someone from hostdime some time ago after the bill wasnt being paid regularly and i was asked to look after it. that reseller account was the one i thought was the issue.

meanwhile i have sent another support ticket in response to the last one sent me regarding kernal panics?? and the need for hardware diagnosis. i am unsure if this is needed but i have gone offline a few times today.

wow 2 reboots this morning and in the process again.i just ordered some ram to be installed. should be there tueday.i am unsure if i should just keep rebooting when im here or just take it offline till i get the ram replaced

is there abuse? or some other account causing the issue?

If so, leave them suspended until you get the situation rectified.

its a colocation so it is my responsibility. they didnt have any of what i needed in stock so i have had to order some in
