Can support install these things for me?

Can support install these items required for the video module on my dedicated for me?

FFmpeg
FFmpeg-PHP
Mplayer + Mencoder
flv2tool
Libogg + Libvorbis
LAME MP3 Encoder

phpFoX Konsort Requirements Social Networking Script

(btw, thanks rem for bringing this program to my attention...if anyone has heard bad things about it recently let me know before I buy it! LoL... I did read the first releases sucked as well as the support for it but with this new release it has gotten mucho better as well as the support)

anyways, just wondering if they could do it... I really don't feel like breaking anything today.

Thanks-
K

Hey Fyrefox

I've talked with someone at our third level support team and they did verify they would be able to install all of this for you. Just go ahead and submit a ticket to the Sales queue and I'll get right on this for you.

Have a great day,

thats not bad.

Is ffmpeg bundle just the name given to everything I just listed or just FFmpeg, FFmpeg-PHP? That being the first hour then the additional items being extra hours. Is it charged one hour initially and then after that charged at a quarterly rate or just by the hour like if it took an hour and fifteen minutes would I be charged for two hours?

Does that make sense?

This is a commonly requested item, so it includes everything you listed. We have a good amount of customers running phpFox.

Not that I can recall, but then again phpFox installations aren't as common as, say, WordPress and phpBB. You should be fine as long as you make sure that the script is updated once new releases come out.
