Bill Payment Issues (URGENT)

Hi there

I logged a ticket: BVB-508680

Basically I cannot get in to decc.surpasshosting.com to pay my bill and I need to make sure my 6 dedicated servers are not suspended. I am just posting here in case a surpass staff member sees this before the ticket is picked up.

Thanks and please do not suspend my servers - I have the funds here to pay just cannot get into the billing system and I have now been locked out as I have had 3 failed log in attempts.

Looks like Sales was able to fix this for you. Can you confirm?

Sales responded within 30 minutes and sorted it. The 6 invoices have now been paid. Many thanks for a speedy response
