If it is many people on the server plus they have root-access there are more likely that they will mess something up... :P

Because then you would have all the people who need something with a little performance and actually uses a lot of the space and resources they get.. instead of shared where not many use all of their resources. But it does all depends on the use....

We would have to have some strict rules on system-useage if we are going to do this...

Thumbs up InfINet -- I am Interested (Sorry about the late reply)

Heyas,

Sorry about the late reply to this. I just read the post. If you are serious about this offer I would be interested. Just I would want to make sure my account and my clients would be able to transfer over to this new machine smoothly. If the offer is still there please email me back at infinetinfinetsolv.net. Thanks.

Okay, so the way I see it is we have enough people. Now, if we want to make any progress we need to discuss this privatley. Here is the list of people as I understand it:

Ehaanaes - $54
itsmethee - $16.50 - in and ready to go
Keleigh - $16.50
CrYo - $16.50
mrleblanc - $16.50

If everyone would check in if you are still seriously intrested, that would be great.

InfINet, if the others decide to go along with this then you may only need to put in $13.50/month. We'll have to see who else responds. If Ehaanaes does end up covering half of the server costs then I think that we will limit the other partners to five others holding a 1/5th share. That would still give more room and greater flexibility than the Deluxe shared hosting plan.

If quite a few people want to get into this agreement then people will want to form separate groups using different dedicated servers to make it feasible.
